We are open Monday through Thursday from 9am to 6pm CST and on Friday from 9am to 12pm CST.  We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Shipping- Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to ship once order is paid in full.  For custom orders, pease allow at least 5-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for processing but we try to get them out as soon as possible. 

Once you've placed your order, be sure to check your inbox. We’ll send you updates along the way. The following shipping options are available with USPS:

• Standard Price of $5.65 to most US states

• Free U.S. Ground shipping for orders that total $75 or more (excluding Alaska & Guam, including Puerto Rico, before taxes & after discounts)
• We ship to APO addresses and P.O. boxes
• Please expect potential increased delays during heavy sale periods and holidays

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States.

Yes, we offer returns for exchange only within 14 days of purchase. Please see our shop policies for more details.  Custom orders , we do not allow exhange or refund.

Yes, you can track your order by logging into your account or by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
